Mapei Frost Vs Warm Gray - I am trying to determine which gray grout from tec is most comparable to mapei's frost grout? Does anyone have experience with this? I was leaning towards sterling or silverado from tec. Color temperature means warm versus coolโฆ stick to the temperature of the tile when making grout selections. For example, a cool gray tile looks best with a cooler grout. Likewise, if you select a cool tile color, you want a grout that reads cool. My grout choices, clockwise from upper left are: Mapei warm gray, avalanche (bright white), alabaster & frost. I'm open to other suggestions, too! Here is a bad photo of the ben moore. White is warmer and sometimes looks a little creamy/yellow. Frost is nice, but i want the tiles to blend rather than stand out. Though frost does blend the grayer tiles of cloe.
